QM templates

Since 2004, registered physicians, medical care centres and hospitals have been legally obliged to introduce and maintain quality management (QM). The legal basis is § 135a SGB V.

It is to be expected that in the next few years there will be revolutionary changes due to the principle of sustainability in all areas of society. The Arbeitsgemeinschaft Nachhaltigkeit in der Dermatologie (AGN) e.V. (Working Group Sustainability in Dermatology) has therefore made it its task to look ahead and examine all areas of practice management under the aspect of sustainability - as far as possible. Medically necessary regulations and hygiene rules, which are already present in the existing QM system, are not to be changed by us, but supplemented as far as possible and if necessary.

We therefore continuously develop and update QM templates on the topic of "sustainable practice management" on various topics, which are individually adapted to the respective practice needs and can be downloaded free of charge. The goals of these documents are - in addition to transformation to sustainability - to facilitate the organisation of the practice and further optimise an economic way of working.

These QM templates are not mandatory for your existing QM directory.

For your practice we have a Template in Excel which you can use to list your financial savings and greenhouse gas savings. It can be easily customised to the needs of your practice. The functionality of the table is explained in detail on the AGN Future Academy platform in the course "Sustainable practice management - Module III: The climate manager".

The QM area has been under construction since 30 April 2021. The templates will be regularly adapted to the current status. All QM templates listed here are exclusively subject to our copyright and may therefore not be used commercially.
